Fred: L1 lists the licenses software in openEuler OS adopt. L2’s purpose is to list all the open source software openEuler adopts. Both L1 and L2 is to follow open source software license.

If you use openEuler, you need not do anything more. If you distribute openEuler, you need follow the licenses in L1 and L2.

Whether it requires open source depends on the open source software adopted.

openEuler是一个使用了很多开源软件的操作系统，所以L1列举了所有用到的OSS（开源软件）的License；L2是所有用到的OSS列表。

如果你使用openEuler，不需要做别的；如果你要分发openEuler，则需要遵守所用到的OSS的license所需要的要求，比如GPL类的需要开源。

2、如需使用openEuler是否可以闭源或在满足什么条件后可闭源？

As linux kernel (GPL v2) is in, you must open source your modification if you re-destribute it. If you only use it by yourself, it is not mandantory.

如果你单纯使用，可以修改并且不开源；如果你分发，就需要，准确的说不是所有模块都需要开源，根据OSS协议需要。

3、openEuler是否可以商用（收费）？

openEuler itself is free and open source, so it is not charged. There is not guarantee either.  You can re-distribute it and design your own commercial modal.

openEuler是开源软件，不收费，同时也没有商业担保。你可以分发它，并且设计合理的商业模式。
