我想贡献代码到社区中，但是没有看到WSL的SIG组

现在找到了比较相关的，OS-Builder组

请问我需要加入这个组吗？还是新创建一个新的SIG组？

Hello, members of the technical committee

I am Wang Haitao, a new intern in Huawei OpenEuler

I have now implemented OpenEuler in the Linux subsystem under Windows

I want to contribute code to the community, but I don't see a WSL SIG group

Now I've only found the OS-Builder SIG which I think is most relevant to WSL.

Do I need to join this SIG? Or should I create a new SIG group?
