本次会议能讨论下openEuler的生命周期定义吗？包括：

• 生命周期模型。
• 各个生命周期阶段的SOW/SLA定义。
• 厂商版本与社区版生命周期的异同，是否有规则？
• 版本间（大版本和SP版本）的升级支持规则。
• 版本间的内核和用户态的兼容性规则。
