我希望创建一个新的 SIG：Maintenance and Upgrade，涵盖当前openEuler基本运维升级等功能。

为了让广大OSV厂家能够更好，更加方便的解决ISO镜像的裁剪，构建和使用，Maintenance and Upgrade SIG为此而生。

通过本sig的持续发展，实现openEuler特色的基础运维能力，体现几个特点：易用，自动化，多功能自定义等等。

Maintenance and Upgrade SIG业务范畴：

1、 openEuler的引导：grub2,、syslinux、 uboot等bootloader

2、 openEuler的安装：anaconda、python-blivet、pykickstart等

3、 openEuler的升级：dnf、libdnf、libsolv等

4、 openEuler的构建：lorax、kiwi等
