May I add one topic?

4．Should all the folks be encouraged to take English as the working language in our community? At beginning, the community was using English. Later as more Chinese engineers joined, the language was switched to Chinese mainly. As per [1], some non-Chinese-spoken engineers are joining, should we encourage the community to switch back to English?

Hi TC and Liyongle,

Personally, very glad to see this proposal on the working language. From the start of openEuler, English was once considered as the community official language. In the past year, openEuler has already gained incredible growth and great impact. I believe openEuler is ready for all users around the world, especially after the CentOS event.

Hope to discuss with all TC members about that. Another good news is that Gitee is already improving its English version to attract more non-Chinese users worldwide.
