1.tensorflow依赖讨论
openEuler 22.03 LTS以rpm形式安装tensorflow时有如下问题： https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/tensorflow/issues/I5YHT9?from=project-issue
nothing provides python3.9dist(flatbuffers) >= 1.12 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64 nothing provides python3.9dist(keras) >= 2.8.0rc0 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64 nothing provides python3.9dist(libclang) >= 9.0.1 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64 nothing provides python3.9dist(tensorboard) >= 2.8 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64 nothing provides python3.9dist(tensorflow-estimator) >= 2.8 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64 nothing provides python3.9dist(tensorflow-io-gcs-filesystem) >= 0.23.1 needed by python3-tensorflow-2.8.2-1.oe2203.aarch64
flatbuffers目前master和22.03只有2.0版本，tensorflow声明的依赖版本为>=1.12，<2.0，实际就是1.12版本， 处理策略为： 金成在flatbuffers仓提下issue，新宇帮忙确认能否在11.8前完成flatbuffers的python包； 确认mindspore升级原因新宇 确认tensorflow能否升级到依赖高版本flatbuffers的版本或者升级对flatbuffers的依赖 金成 openEuler上版本共存策略 郑弦
python3-absl-py、python3-keras同步master tensorflow-io-gcs-filesystem、tensorboard、tensorflow-estimator等包建议直接去掉依赖，待有使用需求时再择时增加 libclang的依赖需要分析必要性
2.mindspore对onednn依赖版本讨论
2.1.mindspore依赖openEuler 22.03 LTS中oneDNN，版本为2.2，希望升级为2.3.2； 2.2.master和22.03 LTS Next版本为2.6； 希望保持22.03为2.3.2，再找RELEASE SIG评审，后续mindspore升级为2.6；
3.开源实习议题讨论
3.1 mindspore适配oneDNN 2.6版本的任务可否发布开源实习； 3.2 mindspore发布到openEuler能否发布开源实习；-- 已经接近尾声，有问题需要闭环； 3.3 oneDNN算子开发、硬件适配任务； 3.4 submarine的使用； 3.5 mindspore的使用； 3.6 kubeflow的使用；
难度适中、工作量适中、产出能够固化到openEuler下来、连续性、有乐趣或者有商业价值；
遗留问题： 1.乃盘确认mindspore适配openEuler问题，后续在AI SIG讨论； 2.mindspore适配oneDNN 2.6版本的工作量后确定3.1； 3.22.03 合入时新宇和郑弦对齐下openEuler合入策略；
