内容：GCC在openEuler21.09创新版本上进行版本演进升级，从gcc-9.3升级到gcc-10.3，引入社区新特性：支持c2x标准、部分c++20标准，提升ipa、lto等通用优化能力，支持SVE2、Armv8.6-A等aarch64架构新特性。

在centos-8之后，sclo的仓库已经不复存在了，现在多版本并存一般建议通过容器的方式来解决，我们建议面对这种多版本的解决方案，社区成立一个如 多版本兼容sig，专门研究这类的相关技术，例如appstream、docker容器多版本等。

方案： 1、按照https://gitee.com/openeuler/community/blob/master/sig/README.md%E4%B8%AD SIG格式规范， 标识SIG成熟度的 maturity 字段新增可选 参数 Discarded. 或新增 表示是否有效的 Valid 字段； 2、如果不涉及代码仓库删除，将代码仓库从需要删除的SIG组迁移到其他SIG组下； 如果涉及代码仓库删除，修改仓库配置并联系CI删除仓库。 3、将相应SIG组信息（包括SIG名文件夹、owner文件、sig-info.ymal文件、README文件等）迁移到 Archiving 目录： https://gitee.com/openeuler/community/blob/master/sig/Sig-Archiving

hi，侯健：
1，当前模块化的特性也只能针对appstream的包，对于被appstream的一些开发套件来说走sclo可能是更好的选择
2，sclo的特性本身非常简单，且只需要简单的改造spec即可实现多版本开发套件，并能实现在一个系统上的共存
3，openEuler的sclo仓库本身也不能复用centos的，是需要基于openEuler的不同包版本来构建，因此不管centos如何选择，从该特性上来看支持openEuler是需要的
4，docker容器多版本也是一个很好的选择，但是对于在网的客户来说，并不是所有人都接受容器的方案，同时容器还需要创建容器平台等一系列工作
