会议纪要：

1) 创建独立的 sig-bootstrap 的必要性 (huxinwei)

- 同意建立 sig-bootstrp. 二进制文件较大，是否单独搞一个服务器，可以与 infra 团队讨论。

2) create a SIG for openstack and help for a better integration with open euler (zhongxin)

- 同意建立 OpenStack sig 组。

3）新增wasi兴趣小组申请，（liqingqing) https://gitee.com/liqingqing_1229/community/tree/master/sig/sig-was

- 同意成立wasi兴趣小组。 - 需要通过业务场景导入(如openeuler isula)圈定wasi当前范围，并区分优先级开展sig业务。 - 根据上述意见整理后，再上TC会议进行一次具体的讨论。

4） 对 python 和 perl 以及其他语言来说，能不能提供机制，在保持LTS版本文档前提下，同时多版本共存 （huxinwei，hanxinke)

- Python 3.7 升级 Python 3.8 影响范围大， openEuler 20.03 LTS 近期先不升级。 - 研究下业界其他发行版的实现方案，看是否有更好的操作方案。

5) 审视 SIT-kubernetes roadmap 和进度 （caihaomin) https://gitee.com/openeuler/community-issue/issues/I1MUBS?from=project-issue

- container 组有依赖 kubernetes 相关的包，这些包还未添加；这些依赖包可以由 container sig 组负责添加，相关仓库放在 container 下面，优先保障顺利出版本。
