Notice to upgrade license from Mulan PSL v1 to v2

Hi all, As you know, openEuler community uses Mulan PSL v1 now as the open source license. Because Mulan PSL v2 was just approved by OSI, it is proposed to upgrade the license from v1 to v2 for the projects which use Mulan PSL v1 now. If you have different opinion on this, please send email to community(a)openeuler.org by March 19th, 2020. The license updating will not be valid until March 19th, 2020. Question: should these documents in the repo community or infrastructure?

Hi Infra team, As our community is still in early stages, I guess we may move files from here to there. While I am preparing pull request 145, I found some doubts. 1. I think the following files are not valid or exist in other projects now. Probably they are or should be under infrastructure repo. - en/Gitee-Management - zh/Gitee-Management - en/sig-infrastructure - zh/sig-infrastructure 2. The folders en/contributors and zh/contributors are somehow detailed but it seems that are not synchronized to our portal. Could you please let me know how ./contributors was designed? Hi members of openEuler community team, Firstly I would clarify that this email is supposed for the project community [1], not the whole openEuler community. This email is to propose the time for weekly meeting with the contributors for the project, and anyone who are interested in the project. Which one would you select below? 1. 10:00-11:00 am, Tuesday, Beijing Time; 2:00-3:00 am, Tuesday, UTC. 2. 17:00-18:00 am, Thursday, Beijing Time; 09:00-10:00 am, Tuesday, UTC. The topics on this meeting will be: 1. community governance.
