Question: should these documents in the repo community or infrastructure?

Hi Infra team, As our community is still in early stages, I guess we may move files from here to there. While I am preparing pull request 145, I found some doubts. 1. I think the following files are not valid or exist in other projects now. Probably they are or should be under infrastructure repo. - en/Gitee-Management - zh/Gitee-Management - en/sig-infrastructure - zh/sig-infrastructure 2. The folders en/contributors and zh/contributors are somehow detailed but it seems that are not synchronized to our portal. Could you please let me know how ./contributors was designed? Hi Infrastructure team, From last weekly meeting[1] I took one action “fred_li get the schedule of open OBS”. The following needs to be analyzed and assessed: 1. Volume. About how many engineers does it support? 2. Elastic resource support or not: if access exceeds the criteria, will it restrict, or trigger elastic resource? 3. account management: 4. domain name or IP we will use. 5. anything else we have got from uses(like OVS)?
