[Compiler] Query regarding participation in the OSPP program for Redundant memory access for SVE memory access

Hello, I am an undergraduate Computer Science and Engineering student highly passionate about Compilers, Computer Architecture, and Systems. I am interested in applying for the upcoming OSPP project - Redundant instruction elimination for base+offset mode of SVE memory access instructions in loops Project Id: 25b970256 I have a query I would like to get some clarification on - Is this project also open for foreign interns? I am aware that OSPP is generally open for interns from across the world, however I thought to get a clarification before formally going ahead with my application. Thank you Shobhit Sinha
