Question: should these documents in the repo community or infrastructure?

Hi Infra team, As our community is still in early stages, I guess we may move files from here to there. While I am preparing pull request 145, I found some doubts. 1. I think the following files are not valid or exist in other projects now. Probably they are or should be under infrastructure repo. - en/Gitee-Management - zh/Gitee-Management - en/sig-infrastructure - zh/sig-infrastructure 2. The folders en/contributors and zh/contributors are somehow detailed but it seems that are not synchronized to our portal. Could you please let me know how ./contributors was designed? I would continue to work on it after getting know the original idea. -- Regards Fred Li (李永乐)

[Infrastructure]Discussion on features to develop in Feb.

Hi infrastructure team, I got requirements from different team, and would like to list the features needed. Let’s have them on the same one page and conclude what we can and what we cannot. 1. blocking issues: IRC is blocked and to find an alternative; Mail list spam. 2. open OBS, which is ongoing now 3. Blog, which will be ready by Feb 12th. 4. CVE management solution 5. Add about openEuler, which will be partially ready today (Fred) and fully ready by Feb 13th. 6. Hi Infrastructure team, From last weekly meeting[1] I took one action “fred_li get the schedule of open OBS”. The following needs to be analyzed and assessed: 1. Volume. About how many engineers does it support? 2. Elastic resource support or not: if access exceeds the criteria, will it restrict, or trigger elastic resource? 3. account management: 4. domain name or IP we will use. 5. anything else we have got from uses(like OVS)?
