同步通知并处理openEuler-26.09-Devstaion相关开启PR 如下为当前openEuler-26.09分支开启pr且openEuler-26.09-Devstaion分支也未合入，已邮件知会各PR提交人： openEuler-26.09 openEuler-26.09-DevStation 仓库pr链接未合入未合入 https://atomgit.com/openeuler/yocto-meta-openeuler/pull/3047 未合入未合入 manipulation_execution: retarget imitate_human_motion from PEAR SMPL-X to SO-101 arm joints-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/446> 未合入未合入 inference: fix the rtp first-frame deadlock that broke the distributed route-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/445> 未合入未合入 model_utils: clarify PI05 ABI failures and fix loss comparison tests-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/444> 未合入未合入 Drive imitate_human_motion on the real arm with YOLOX and PEAR perception-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/442> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-9: Trim python-fastapi-pagination Requires to core dependencies-python-fastapi-pagination-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/python-fastapi-pagination/merge_requests/…> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-38: Fix GetConfigOperation hanging with no connected outputs-libkscreen-qt5-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/libkscreen-qt5/merge_requests/42> 未合入未合入 docs: add openEuler-26.09 release notes-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/440> 未合入未合入新增 openEuler Embedded 26.09 版本发布说明-yocto-meta-openeuler-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/yocto-meta-openeuler/merge_requests/3036> 未合入未合入 Cleanup spec: SPDX license, modern RPM macros and patch syntax-scim-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/scim/merge_requests/12> 未合入未合入 AtomGit - 全球开发者的开源社区,开源代码托管平台<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/scim/merge_requests/12> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-1: Add python-annotated-doc 0.0.5-python-annotated-doc-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/python-annotated-doc/merge_requests/2> 未合入未合入 util-linux: chrt: add support to SCHED_EXT-util-linux-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/util-linux/merge_requests/592> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-22: fix compile error-hsak-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/hsak/merge_requests/33> 未合入未合入 chore(package): update KAE to 2.2.0-kae_driver-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/kae_driver/merge_requests/158> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-98: cifscreds: fix parsing of commands and parameters-cifs-utils-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/cifs-utils/merge_requests/100> 未合入未合入 AtomGit - 全球开发者的开源社区,开源代码托管平台<https://atomgit.com/src-openeuler/openEuler-menus/merge_requests/5> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-23921: net:yt6801: fix the panic of call fxgmac_shutdown after ndo_stop (fxgmac_close)-kernel-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/kernel/merge_requests/23967> 未合入未合入 [sync] PR-22886: net: yt6801: fix link info for yt6801-kernel-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/kernel/merge_requests/23334> 未合入未合入 CVE-2025-68349：清除 NFS_INO_LAYOUTCOMMIT 标志避免空指针解引用崩溃-kernel-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/kernel/merge_requests/21681> 未合入未合入 Add copy to/from/in user with vectorization support-kernel-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/kernel/merge_requests/20363> 未合入未合入 [WIP] benchmark: add multi-lane parallel libero evaluation with shared inference-IB_Robot-AtomGit<https://atomgit.com/openeuler/IB_Robot/merge_requests/447> 当前已完成相关开启PR处理，请Infra-sig进行分支删除动作。 BR 范佳臣
