[PATCH OLK-6.6 0/2] Fix the perf tool cs-etm-decoder compilation issue

      Fix the perf tool cs-etm-decoder compilation issue. This issue was
introduced by the stable-v6.6.157 version and has not yet been
resolved, so temporarily revert it as a workaround.
