Fix several bugs in arm_mpam driver and the resctrl filesystem it shares with x86. Two of them leave MPAM monitoring completely unusable; the rest fix Narrow-PARTID label loss, an overwritten intPARTID limit, a use-after-free, a leftover debugfs subtree, a counter unit mismatch, a lost MSC write error and a missing debugfs_file_put().
