[Dev] [infra][docs]Quality improvement for joint docs and infrastructure

Hi infra and docs team,

Please visit [1] to get the details. The issue was that one link in docs was wrong, which is understandable, but the impact is that the build of website failed but nobody knew until checking the final result.

We need improve the integration and test. Any thoughts?
