详细纪要：

1. OpenStack Q版本Kolla支持工作已接近尾声，目前在测试阶段，计划在20.03 LTS SP3正式引入。

2. openEuler 21.09的OpenStack Wallaby版本适配的开发工作已完成，目前在测试阶段，计划在9月底-10月初正式release。

3. 梳理了联通将要开源的OpenStack部署工具的细节，下一步计划在TC例会申报议题，进行评审。

4. 来自华云的陈记星分享了华云的OpenStack HA方案，计划推动相关软件在openEuler开源，目前在OpenStack SIG内评审中。

5. OpenStack SIG开发效率提升方案初步敲定，相关issue跟踪： https://gitee.com/openeuler/openstack/issues/I48XA7

6. 经SIG讨论后决定，在20.03 LTS SP3中暂不引入新的OpenStack版本；在22.03 LTS中先引入T版本。更多版本或新服务的引入可以持续审视，欢迎有需求的朋友在SIG中讨论
