申报议题：讨论“ceph-14.*版本依赖python2无法直接在openeuler-22.03-LTS版本上直接安装使用”的解决方案
说明：ceph 14.*版本基于python2版本，当前要在22.03上使能14.*版本将十分困难。当前openeuler基于14.*版本+22.03LTS+切换python2有指导手册，但是切换python2版本动作太大。
希望SDS sig组能够：oe 22.03 LTS原生支持ceph-14.*版本，或者提供ceph 14.* + oe 22.03 LTS+python3的指导手册。
