[Infra]User experience for mailing list
by Liyongle (Fred) 20 Jan '23

20 Jan '23

Hi Infra team, I encountered one issue about mailing list that I could not find the way to subscribe mailing list. The scenario is. I wanted to check archive of dev(a)openeuler.org<mailto:dev@openeuler.org>, then I checked all the menus in openeuler.org but didn’t find any menu. Then I had to click SIG list, but the address in the column E-mail was actually mailto:dev@openeuler.og. I searched in the web but failed again. Finally the only way I can find mailing list is in https://www.openeuler.org/en/community/contribution/detail.html . What I expected. 1. When I find the SIG which I wants to join, I can subscribe the mail list. 2. When I want to check the archive, I can find the archive. 3. When I want to subscribe / unsubscribe any mail list, I can find the way on the web. Could you please help on this?

by Fred Li 04 Jan '23

2 issues about QuickIssue
by Fred Li 04 Jan '23

04 Jan '23

Hi Infra team, Firstly, many thanks to you for offering QuickIssue on the web. I would like to report 2 issues. 1. gmail doesn't receive the verification code every time. I tried twice but the first one failed. The second one was received after around 2 minutes before I abandoned it. 2. I filled in email address 1, and clicked the verification button. As the verification code was not received, I changed to the other email address, but the verification button was not valid as the time counting had not expired. I am wondering since the email address was changed, the verification button should be valid immediately. Best regards -- Regards Fred Li (李永乐)
