commit: 412c29318f9b ("net: hns3: refactor the MAC address configure")
removed the operation of HNAE3_RESTORE_CLIENT, so after S3 or S4,
the MAC address is missing, then cause ping failed. According to
the commit, need to assign a reset type to restore the MAC address.
