stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.94 commit 37441ddadc1e02a33c866ff836d5229ed600e78a bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I531X9
Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=...
--------------------------------
[ Upstream commit 37af43b250fda6162005d47bf7c959c70d52b107 ]
If clocks for some reason couldn't be enabled, probe function returns immediately, without disabling PM. This obviously leaves PM ref counters unbalanced.
Fix that by jumping to appropriate error path, so effects of PM functions are reversed.
